Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the supply of ReplyRig to business customers. ReplyRig is a service operated by 7 Red Stags, the trading name of Ray Browne, a sole trader based at 3 Mayburn Vale, Loanhead, EH20 9HQ, Scotland ("ReplyRig", "we", "us"). By starting a ReplyRig trial or subscription, the business signing up ("you", "the customer") agrees to these Terms.
1. Who this is for
ReplyRig is supplied to businesses and tradespeople for use in their trade - it is a business-to-business (B2B) service. It is not intended for consumers purchasing household services directly from ReplyRig, and these Terms should be read on that basis.
2. Description of the service
ReplyRig is a missed-call recovery service. In outline:
- A customer calls your normal, existing business number (mobile or landline).
- Your phone rings as normal.
- If you answer, ReplyRig does nothing further.
- If the call goes unanswered, conditional call forwarding - which you set up on your own phone or line - routes the unanswered call into ReplyRig.
- ReplyRig automatically sends the caller a text message from a dedicated UK mobile number.
- The caller can reply by ordinary text message.
- ReplyRig uses automated and AI-assisted conversation to gather useful information, such as the caller's name, the job or problem, and their postcode or location.
- ReplyRig sends the resulting lead information to you.
- You follow the customer up yourself, in the normal way.
3. Setting up the service
We'll help you set ReplyRig up against your existing business number, using your phone network's conditional call-forwarding feature, and run a test before you go live. You're responsible for keeping call forwarding correctly configured on your own line, and for telling us if you change your business number.
4. Your existing telephone number
ReplyRig does not replace or reissue your business number. Customers continue to call the number you already advertise. ReplyRig only becomes involved once a call to that number goes unanswered.
5. The ReplyRig SMS number
Text messages sent to your callers come from a dedicated UK mobile number set up for your account, not from your own personal or business mobile number. Please don't represent to customers that texts come from your own number.
6. AI-assisted and automated messaging
Replies to callers are generated using automated and AI-assisted systems. While we design these to be helpful and accurate, automated messaging can occasionally misunderstand a reply or ask an imperfect follow-up question. You remain responsible for checking and following up on the lead information ReplyRig sends you.
7. Your responsibility for your own customers
ReplyRig helps capture and pass on enquiry details - it does not manage your customer relationships, quote prices, check your availability, or book appointments on your behalf. Following up with the customer, quoting for work, scheduling, and delivering the job remain entirely your responsibility.
8. No guarantee of pricing, booking or availability
ReplyRig does not know your live availability, does not quote prices to callers, and does not book appointments automatically. Any impression given otherwise in our marketing material is not intended and does not form part of the service.
9. Not an emergency response service
ReplyRig is not a 24/7 emergency response service and should not be relied on as one. If a caller has an urgent or emergency situation, our automated messaging cannot guarantee an immediate human response, and you should make your own arrangements for handling genuine emergencies.
10. Free trial
New eligible customers may receive a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. No subscription fee is charged at the start of the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at the agreed monthly subscription price - currently ยฃ59 per month on the Founding Customer plan. One free trial is available per business, unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.
11. Recurring subscription and payment
ReplyRig is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. Recurring payments are collected through our authorised payment provider (Stripe, via HighLevel). Your first subscription payment is due at the end of your free trial, and subsequent payments recur monthly until the subscription is cancelled. There is no fixed-term contract and no setup fee.
12. Fair usage
Normal telecommunications and automated-processing usage is included within your subscription price, subject to fair usage. The standard fair-use allowance is up to 150 missed-call conversations per billing month. A "missed-call conversation" means an enquiry initiated through the ReplyRig missed-call process; individual SMS messages that form part of the same conversation are not counted separately. Occasionally going over the allowance in a given month will not trigger an automatic surcharge. If your usage regularly or materially exceeds the allowance, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate higher-volume arrangement before making any change to your price.
13. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@replyrig.co.uk. If you cancel before your free trial ends, you will not be charged. If you cancel after your subscription has begun, cancellation stops future renewals; the service will normally remain available until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. There is no cancellation fee. Except where required by law or specifically agreed by us, we do not offer a pro-rata refund for the unused part of a billing month.
14. Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the payment and/or contact you to update your payment details. We may suspend the service if a payment remains unresolved after a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
15. Acceptable use
You agree to use ReplyRig lawfully and not to use it to send or solicit unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or in a way that breaches a third party's rights or applicable telecommunications regulation.
16. Data protection
Where ReplyRig processes caller/customer personal data on your behalf as part of the service, we do so as processor and you (or your business) act as controller, as explained in our Privacy Policy. The specific terms of that processing relationship are set out in our Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"), which forms part of, and is incorporated into, these Terms.
17. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the ReplyRig service, including its software, branding and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that intellectual property to you; you're granted only the right to use ReplyRig as intended for the duration of your subscription.
18. Dependence on third-party platforms
ReplyRig depends in part on third-party systems outside our control, including telephone networks, SMS providers, HighLevel, cloud infrastructure, payment providers, AI services, and your own telecoms provider. We aren't responsible for failures or interruptions that originate with those third-party systems, though we'll act reasonably to help resolve them where we can.
19. Availability
We aim to keep ReplyRig available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and there may be occasional outages for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
20. No guaranteed outcomes
ReplyRig is designed to help you capture and follow up on missed calls, but we cannot guarantee that every missed call is captured, that every SMS is successfully delivered, that every caller will reply, that information supplied by a caller is accurate, that any particular enquiry becomes a paying job, or any particular amount of revenue or return. ReplyRig is a tool to help you respond to missed calls - the outcome still depends on you following up.
21. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ReplyRig, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the subscription fees you paid to ReplyRig during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
22. Termination and suspension
Either party may terminate a subscription as set out in the cancellation section above. We may also suspend or terminate the service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, where fair use is materially and persistently exceeded without agreement, or where payment remains unresolved after a reasonable opportunity to correct it.
23. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update ReplyRig or these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the service, our suppliers, or the law. Where a change is material, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know in advance. Continuing to use ReplyRig after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of ReplyRig.
